    3. Checking the guidelines for the Wisconsin coordinators I do not find a procedure or anything that states if the guidelines are not followed what then? Should the page quidelines be updated first to include a procedure to remove a county coordinator? If a procedure for removal is in place would this kind of take it out of the hands on a personal level for the state coordinator. It might assist the state coordiantor to have a procedure to follow and this could be stated to the coordinator also that the guidelines have not been followed etc. etc. Since there had been some concern of things getting personal, I believe if there is a procedure for removal were in place, it would help all around.
