Clare- I no longer have the query pages or surname list on the actual web pages I use the Rootsweb messgae boards for that - but in the beginning when I had them on the Waupaca site, I also felt it was up to the submitter to notify me to change it etc and that is how I handle it today for the other pages that I have submitter emails on.
