Caflisch Responds [email protected] I use CCHelper to build my queries. Yearly I pull all of the query email addresses and send emails out to everyone telling them that any emails that bounce, associated queries will be removed. I do that and found that those people that change emails and want their queries to remain useful do let me know when they have changed providers. I have also started at the same time to remove older queries. I tell those that have queries older than 3 years will be removed on a certain date and ask they resubmit their queries. I got this idea from another coordinator. He felt that in three years usually some of the information had been received and queries if needed should be resubmitted.
