To all who are putting the pre-1907 marriage index on their sites, I received an email from a researcher who had gotten the bride's name and numbers from the index on Ancestry. He then wrote the state to obtain the record and was told that they needed the husbands name too in order to send the record. Without it, they could do nothing. Shari Milks, cc Manitowoc county.
