Since there is a little bit of chit chat going on I have a question for everyone. When you get a complaint or a not favorable comment about a county which is not a county you are a coordinator of-what do you do? I have had this happen. This is what I have done-nothing. The complaint has been like "You are doing a great job - I just wish the person in charge of Such & Such County would take your lead." etc. I answer the person thanking them for taking the time to give me positive feedback and don't say anything else. I have thought about forwarding the email to Tina so she (you, Tina) can atleast see the email incase this is a "problem" county they are commenting about. I don't put too much thought into the complaint as I don't really know what is going on in the other counties-but wondered if I should forward like I said just incase it is "problem" county?
