I think the idea MAK had of setting up a policy and taking a vote on it would be a good way to go. Would help take it all off Tina's shoulders also-would be a group decision in a way. Don't know if the idea of having a phone number and snail mail address of each CC would do much. If the person isn't answering their email-I wonder if they would answer a letter or answering machine message. Also what happens when the CC who does not provide these things? I would think a policy should be the same for everyone. Another good idea MAK!
