I, too, tried going to them, but had some concerns that not all browsers supported them (actually I gave up cause is was TOO hard to figure out for my poor little pea brain - grin)... Has anyone mentioned this? I see sites that say click here for frames, and here for non-frames, let me guess, they have 2 sets of pages??? YIKES. SO, I used tables instead.
