Hi Tina, I think that two notifications are sufficient. Would think that most people, if they had a problem would let you know. And sometimes we do have things that come up. But, if they can't respond to you - do you think they are responding to the questions that all of us get? I'd give them one last email and give them a definitive date and then put them up for adoption. You never know there just might be someone out there just looking to pick up one of those sites.
