I have been just reading some mail on the controversy taking place about census records. I have just volunteered to do 1880 and 1870 census records for my Marathon county. I already have the CD's and am anxious to get going. I have asked for the template, but have not heard from Wayne about them. I understand he is busy, but I am wondering if he is as confused as I am about the problem. I did not even know there were 2 census projects. Is this right? And one of them has de-linked the other's pages? I may rescind my offer, and just do them for my county page. I really don't care for this kind of bickering. It seems to be easier to just place my information on my county pages, and the heck with everyone else. At least I will not unlink my pages! I have also sent for the 1875 state cencus for Marathon and Lincoln counties. I will do those for myself for sure!
