Bob, I usually respond by telling them this is a site for genealogical research and I can't post their query unless it has something to do with that purpose. Then I apologize, and, if I can, point them to a site that would help them. That usually has to do with adoptions, tho, or reunions. But, I've never had to deal with someone looking to collect a debt!
