    1. [WIGEN-L] Question of the Day
    2. Tina: I echo some of the sentiments already expressed here. Although it would be nice to see every website with as much information as possible on it, that is not always the case, nor does it state anywhere, EXCEPT in the goal of our project, i.e., to provide free genealogical material to the public, that one has to place materials online. But, with that said, it is required that our sites be maintained according to a minimum standard, current contact information, logos, etc., and I believe those are the things to which Tina is referring (correct me if I am wrong). I also believe the CC should be given the opportunity to ask for help if they need it. I, and many others here would be willing to lend a hand should it be required. Should they need help, speak up. If they are no longer capable of maintaining the site, even to the minimum requirements, speak up. No one can help if they aren't made aware that a problem even exists. And, if they refuse to do either, then I would read that as noninterest and place the county up for adoption. Sad, but sometimes you have to move on.
