Tina, My 2 cents worth would be to suggest you contact the CC for that county or counties and ask if everything is alright and if they are aware that people are voicing concerns to the state level. If you get no response within say a week or two (someone elses time frame and I thought it reasonable) then place the county(ies) for adoption. I guess the first question that came to my mind was what exactly did the writer mean? Is it that the site has old links or links that go nowhere or is it just that no new cemeteries or such have been placed on-line for that length of time? I guess that is the deciding factor for me.
