Well, I don't have the rules for CC's at hand, but I don't recall there being anything that actually says that we need to add information to the page. (I mean info like indexes, cemetery records, etc) I think we are supposed to have things like addresses and phone numbers for libraries and historical societies and such, but as far as I am concerned the goodies we add are just an added bonus for the researcher. (Hope I'm not way off base here in my thinking.) Besides, what some of the CC's have had to deal with with their county's historical or genealogical society, they might be afraid to put stuff online. Another thing you could look at is what's already on this page? Does it have some good stuff on it, but nothing new has been added for a year, or is it just the basic page that was there when the usgenweb started up? OR.. you could email this particular CC and relay the message to them. Ask if anything is in the works, or suggest that maybe they put a message on their page asking for volunteers to submit info they might have. I've found while having this page that if someone complains about something, you just ask if they will volunteer to help rectify it and they will usually shut up. : ) but that's the mean approach.
