    3. Good morning. Just wanted to point out that I am seeing a whole different way of communication on this list, and I really like it!!! This is just wonderful, great ideas, supportive comments, lots of respect. I have always been very proud of this group, mostly because of the high degree of care expressed by the members. Now I am proud and just plain thrilled. I agree with the ideas that are being written. *Try to contact the CC and see what is up in a supportive manner, *send the letter of concern from the visitor (I would not give the identity as it is the concern that is the issue and not who sent it), *ask the CC what their goal is for that site (we are each very individual and should not be compared to one another, nor should our sites), *and outline what are the basic expectations for a WIGenWeb according to the agreements made in the past, to make sure that the CC understands why you have written (new logo, etc). If the e-mail bounces or there is no response within a reasonable amount of time (I liked the two weeks that was suggested by another as it is summer and vacation time, but whatever is reasonable), send an e-mail indicating that the site will be offered for adoption due to lack of response, and give them one more week. Guess that is all for me. Back to lurking and really happy about things. Rita - Oconto County http://www.rootsweb.com/~wioconto/
