The ID is required on the ballot form along with the email address to which it was sent in order for votes to be tabulated correctly. For members who have counties in more than one region the ID is good for all those races in which the member is qualified to vote. The server which is hosting the ballots does not have a lot of bandwidth so please be patient. The URL will be announced when the polls open.
