I have a question about the coding that we've put on our pages that help us to break out of the pay-per-view or other sites that catch us up in their frames. If we put coding like this <a href="http://www.rootsweb.com/~wicountyname/" target="_top"> Site's Url </a> does this prevent search engines, such as PicoSearch from indexing our sites? I just added 4 new pages on the Barron Co site, went into the search engine reindexer and tried 3 times, but can't get the new pages picked up. Anyone know what my problem is?
