My latest mission in life is buying lovely old pictures like these in antique shops and locating descendants/family members and re-uniting the pictures with people who will treasure them. The picture is in very good condition, and I will be happy to send my mailing address to anyone who wishes to have it in order to send me a check to cover costs and postage: The picture is of "Laura Gibbons", who appears to be in her 20's...and she has long dark hair. The cost for this picture including postage is $7.00. Could you advise me the best way to advertise this, so that we can re-unite the picture with family members? Possibly you could turn this Email into a query on your site? Thanks for your help. Marge Rice, Joliet, IL....MARGERICE@prodigy.net Last Email was about a picture, and this one concerns a 61 page softcover book I purchased at a book sale: "Hamlin Garland, Dakota Homesteader", printed in 1961. Compiled by Lora Crouch. Hamlin was born in West Salem, WI, his wife was Isabel McClintock, and his daughters were Isabel G. Lord and Constance G. Dodge. It includes some genealogy, and a number of poems of Mr. Garland. In case anyone in the Garland family would be interested in this book, I would send it for $9.00 including postage. Thanks for your help in getting this book back to someone who will treasure it. Marge --part1_97.c1b7f29.2720f0f0_boundary--
