I quote from the latest e-mail" Currently , we are still making some modifications to the system. That is why you presently cannot access the FTP feature. The AOL workforce is sopecifically targeting this area, keeping it updated to bring out its utmost potential. This is only a tempory situation. The estimated time in which the issues will be resolved is unknown at this time."
