    3. My 2cents--I think the suckers are those that would spend $50 for this. I think an information campaign to as many genealogy lists/sites as possible to educate the most likely targets, genealogy newbies, would be our best course of action. If the guy can't make any money, maybe he'll give up and leave. Look at where Halbert's made their money, people like my inlaws who didn't know any better.
