Hi, What I got from this is that he was asking about a central site meaning the WIGenWeb site. It doesn't seem like he knows what county or city, just that it's WI. That's quite a large timespan for WI. I don't have any references to Peloquin at my county (Kewaunee). Maybe suggest that he posts the question to the unknown county board.
