Sounds like a plan to me Tim. I often hear from people that an email is dead, and am not sure whether to delete the item or what. I usually leave them, unless they are lookups, which I remove, but, people write and ask for updated emails, which I don't have. I usually tell them that if the person contacts me, I'll get the new email up right away.
