KSGenWeb - Kansas' project is incorporated as such in the State of Kansas. While at present they are affiliated with the USGenWeb Project - they could just as well leave and having the name incoporated could stop the USGenWeb Project from using the same name. The only service marks with the Project name in them are of a national status - not a state status. Just the facts. Tim
