Many thanks to all who responded to my plea for help with the Sawyer Co. page problem. I think the problem has been fixed, but will know for sure by this evening. I'm not sure what OS she is using, but I haven't had that problem since I was running Windows 3.1. I thought I had a virus when it happened to me, until I was taught how to "clear my cache". These new fangled 32 bit programs sure have made life a little easier (and the pages a little cleaner loading too!) Anyway, thanks for all your advice, opinions and help.
