This would be a good thing to have. Perhaps whoever is our next SC, can begin a committee to see that we have guidelines. After formulation, they would then be approved by vote of the CC's. Jan

The SC is also to be available to answer questions from CCs and general visitors to the state site. The CC's job is to maintain the county site(s). As long as both the SC and/or CC is doing the job they volunteered for - what value, purpose do any guidelines offer to improve the situation for either party? Won't guidelines further politicize the project rather than facilitate the project? Tim
