    3. Paula, No problem, I hope I can find the answers to be able to help. I can be of assistance with the password thing though. I need to dig around and find the exact url, but Rootsweb will help you by sending the password to you, if you contact them and ask, it has happened to me before. I will look for the url in a minute for you. I have found two different websites and other than it seeming that something glitched in your program, I am not finding the exact error message you receive. That is what I am trying to locate now so I can find the answer and tell you what to do to fix it.
