WI-00002 - Designation of Logo for the WIGenWeb Project I remember receiving an e-mail a few months ago informing me that I must have the WiGenWeb logo AND the USGenWeb logo on my main page or I would be removed from being the host of the project .... Sure don't want to see us going that route again. On this page: http://www.rootsweb.com/~wigenweb/volunteer.html Under Page Guidelines, it now says: "5. You must display the USGenWeb Project Logo and the WIGenWeb Project Logo prominently on your page. " What's a guideline and what's a requirement? How are these guidelines different from bylaws? Where do we find the bylaws? We need to make all this MUCH clearer. And whatever the rules/bylaws/requirements/guidelines are, they should be posted in ONE place where we all know where to look and we should use consistent terminology. And let's make them as simple as possible - we don't want to lose any volunteers over this.
