Marsha and all: I may be remembering incorrectly, but as I recall, the issue was beginning to be discussed when Vicki left, and was put on hold until Tina had time to settle in. There still seems to be questions regarding it and, as such I think it would benefit all to finally resolve the issue, yea or nay, once and for all. With it actually adopted into the guidelines, there would finally be no question, nor need to revisit the issue every so many months.
