Dr. Robert (Bob) PLOWMAN of the Mid-Atlantic National Archives in Philadelphia. Said on July 1, 2000, the cost of the Military Records was going from $10.00 to $17.50 & the cost of the Pension Records from $10.00 to $40.00 this is for the Revolutionary War, Civil War, etc. So you may want to send for these records before the cost goes up!
