Here it is: Dear Nance, I have been searching for Abram Coon in Eau Claire County for some time and found him today on your site! I'll need to check more original documents to be sure it is the Abram Coon I seek, but I'm pretty sure. Also, I've been tortured by a poorly written 1860 census entry for my John F. Stone family in Bridge Creek, Eau Claire, WI. I thought it looked like "Hortoutice" but thought what kind of name is that?! Today, on your site, I found an enlisted man whose age would match with the name Hortentio Stone. At last! I can't thank you enough for the work you have done.
