Hello all: I have to say that I echo several of Marcia's points in my thinking. We are part of an organization dedicated to bringing free genealogical material to the public, a very worthy, difficult and sometimes thankless job, and I am very proud of what we are accomplishing here. The WIGenWeb has a wonderful network of people who have selflessly given of themselves to help others and I think we should announce it to the world that we are a part of this effort. Individualism is the very core of people, as Americans, but I do agree that there should be one common thread binding us all together as an organization, whether that be a logo or banner. I have an official state logo on my main page, and although I can honestly say, it's not what I would have chosen, I think it is important that people know that my site is part of a much greater effort out there. I have been with the WIGenWeb project for nearly 2 1/2 years now. For most of that time I did the mushroom thing, but having started attending the chats on Wednesday night, I see now what I have been missing all that time. Together we have the opportunity to make something really great here. We have good involved people, and an SC more than willing to work with us and give us whatever assistance she can. So let's take advantage of it. So, Marcia, I second your motions and hope that all will join in the discussion. It's all our organization, let's all participate and be heard.
