The message boards and mailing lists do not fall under the auspices of WIGenWeb Project. I posted the USGenWeb (and WIGenWeb) guidelines because I wasn't clear if Shelly as asking as a CC or as a list/board administrator. With the USGenWeb guidelines and the RW policy that Timm posted, my experience as taught me to be leery of allowing fund solicitation in the work we do.
