And all this while I thought this was an important group project to help for now and the future! Oh, my mistake. Now you can get in the last word as always, I'm done. And for the past over a year I have kept my promise and not commented. Your turn, make it good, it will be your last shot at me. I guess I must have missed some e-mails and now I can also say I guess I was wrong when I made the statement that we have stopped attacking each other. I should have and will only speak for myself from now on. I have stopped attacking people and will not do it again. I wish we could try very hard to be nice, if you don't get along with someone, hey, that's alright. We don't always like everyone we are around. However, I really wish that the nastiness would be kept to one self. I think that Jan simply misunderstood what Mari was saying, perhaps she did misread the letter and then felt bad. I am not sure, I am not Jan and don't want to assume anything on her part. However, the nastiness that showed up in my e-mail both now and earlier today, I believe was way to strong. Rita, if you don't like Jan, that's alright, I am not trying to say you have too. However, I wish you would at least be civil to the list. If you need to say something to Jan, please send it privately or just run around your house ranting about how she makes you feel, whichever you would prefer to do. As for the e-mail addresses and spam, have you tried the html for making the @ sign? Back some time ago, Ellen shared this information with me. All you have to do is change the @ symbol to @ When placing your mouse over it, the it shows as the @ symbol, but for the spam programs that harvest e-mails, it misses these because it looks for the @ symbol and it isn't there. It is real simple to use and real fast to change. I have been using it for all of my webpages since Ellen told me about it. Jan, You are dismissed as WIGenWeb Project CC. I have no clue what your thought process is, but for a very long time it has not been conducive to the good work of the WIGenWeb Project. As State Coordinator, I have a choice. The good work of many and the benefit to researchers vs. your overwhelming unhappiness in the work you do within the project. I choose the WIGenWeb Project. Jan, I wish you well, but I can not condone, nor will I let continue to let your unhappiness at whim to destroy WIGenWeb Project. I have delinked your counties, and with this note unsubscribed you from WIGEN-L.
