All the new additions to the Oconto County WIGenWeb Project Site can be found, along with direct links, at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~wioconto/newest.htm This month's new offerings include: *91 new Surname listings with e-mail links to their family researchers. *The entire 80 page "Official Oconto County Centennial Souvenir Program of 1948 " along with contibutor's notes is up in original image form - lots of family owned busniess ads, village and family history, and old photos of the county, in celebration of the Wisconsin State Centennial. *41 obituaries contributed by family researchers and those prepared by site associates. *Newspaper reports of Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Family Events from the years 1877 and 1878. *7 new Family Pages contributed by the family researchers and containing direct e-mail links to each one. *Cemetry Location Maps - Present and past locations of county cemeteries, along with their names, are found on this new addition of north and south county maps (very helpful). *Pre-1907 WI Birth Index entries for the letters "Z", "Y", (there were no "X" listings) and half of "W". * Gloria's Research Suggestions for anyone planning to visit the county.
