    3. I'm finally done with the History of Crawford and Richland Counties history from 1884. The final chapters are a brief overview of Wisconsin history: http://www.rootsweb.com/~wicrawfo/wihist-1.htm - Pre-Historic and Settlement. - Pages 1 - 34 http://www.rootsweb.com/~wicrawfo/wihist-2.htm - Wisconsin as a Territory. - Pages 34 - 41. http://www.rootsweb.com/~wicrawfo/wihist-3.htm - Wisconsin as a State. - Pages 42 - 68. Enjoy. I found the history quite interesting - Did you know that Wisconsin was part of the Northwest Territories, then Indiana Territory, Illinois Territory and finally Michigan Territory before becoming a Territory in its on right and that it once contained portions of Minnesota and Iowa lands before they came into their own? To top this off, I'm returning the book to its owner in Richland County this coming Monday. I'm driving up tomorrow and Monday. I'm planning on visiting folks in Richland and Crawford counties. I wonder if any of you folks live in that general area? If so, I'd be willing to wave in your direction. Tim
