Hi All, My county message board just had what I suspect is a spam, but I am not sure and wonder if others have received the same message. The message is from "[email protected] Subject line says 'Help' the message says 'this site needs traffic to stay up.........and goes on to give a link' I refuse to use the link to check the page out, but the message gets gatewayed to the county mailing list, and I am afraid others will not hesitate to try the link........ has anyone else had this type of message posted. I absolutely have not been able to log into the message board as admin, in order to delete the message. don't know what else to do tracy fond du lac county

Hi Tracy, He spammed me as well. If you click on his name, you will see that he placed this on umpteen ancestry boards. I reported his abuse and I would suggest you do the same, the one way I know to stop him since we can no longer remove them ourselves.
