I posted the USGenWeb (and WIGenWeb) guidelines because I wasn't clear if Shelly as asking as a CC or as a list/board administrator. Hello...I am not new to genealogy or computers or the Internet, but I am new to this position, so I may be asking for a lot of help in the beginning. :) I am married to a wonderful man and have been for 35 years.
