In a nutshell, it scrunches your tables down, kills your imagemaps (if they weren't done right) and makes all of the fonts the exact same size --BIG, and all Arial/Helvetica. I haven't really bothed to design *for* WebTV, but I make sure all of my information is available --even if it doesn't look the greatest.
