Mine was the daughter of Amor Philip Ditter & Maria Josepha Kappes born in 1846 in Baden Germany. Her family had migrated to Wisconsin before 1860. She married Simon Koenen in 1866 and died in Wisconsin in 1879. She never lived in Oregon, but her brother John & his wife and her brother Philip's widow & family moved there about 1890.
