Konow, Town of Springvale, Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter Tuesday November 3, 1936, p. 3, c. 5 Frank C. Konow, 62, Town of Springvale farmer, died at 5:45 p.m. where he was undergoing treatment following a heart attack. Born May 25, 1874, in Springvale, he was a son of Frederick and Mary Konow. He was married Oct. 25, 1905, to Miss Ida Riese of Green Lake and after their marriage the couple resided in Springvale. Mr. Konow was a member of the school board of the Town of Springvale for several years and was also active in the Town Line church. Surviving are his widow, a son, Glenn, and daughter, Fern, of Ripon, three brothers, Fred, of the Town of Springvale, William of Rosendale and Edwin of Ripon and a sister, Mrs. Richard Bellman of Oshkosh. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the Ripon M.E. church with the Rev. T.A. Loeppert officiating. Burial will be at Woodlawn cemetery.
