The deceased was in her seventy-second year, and has been a resident of Schoolhill for many years. Besides the two sons residing in this city, the deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Bargainkost, of New Holstein, Mrs. Henry Kliever of Marshfield, also one son, Peter Beyer residing in Seattle, Washington. Martin and John Beyer went to Schoolhill this morning to attend the funeral which will be held Monday. (Fond du Lac Daily Commonwealth, Saturday Dec. 19, 1903, p. 1, c. 6) On Friday morning [Dec. 18] Mrs. John Eisert, an elderly settler from the Twon Meeme, was found dead in bed. A coroner's inquest jury decided that she had died of heart failure. Mrs. Eisert was 77 years, 1 month and 11 days old. She is survived by her third husband and several adult children from her first marriage. The burial took place Monday [Dec. 21] at the Holy [Trinity] Church cemetery. (Kiel National Zietung, Dec. 24, 1903, p. 2, c. 3, School Hill column.) Death recently of Mrs. John Eisert, an 80-year old resident of Town Meeme, from a heart attack. She was found dead in ehr bed one morning. She leaves her husband and several children. (Der Nord Westen, Manitowoc, 24 Dec. 1903) Margaret was a daughter of Anton and Margaret Dax Petri.
