Edwin was my great grandfather. His daughter, Lulu Beatrice Fogle Rice was my grandmother. I have done a bit of research on the Fogles lately and have found some interesting info on them. The Fogles have been somewhat mysterious since me Grandmother Lulu Fogle Rice died when my father was less that 1 year old.
