Mary (b. 1827) states that she was the mother of 4, and 3 were still living. Do not know the names of this Patrick's other children, but living right next door to them is a John Kinney, on Liberty Street in Fond du Lac. Mary Kinney (b. 1865/1861) married Timothy Mahoney in 1894, and in her marriage record she indicates that her mother's maiden name was Leahy. The 1900 census shows Tim and Mary Mahoney with Tim's mother-in-law Mary Kinney residing with them, so Patrick must have died.. In Calvary Cemetery there is buried in Section 2 Patrick Kinney, born March 17, 1820, died July 1, 1891 Mary Kinney, born Feb 2, 1827, died Nov 15, 1901 In 1910 Timothy and Mary Kinney Mahoney have a daughter Irene in their household, but later references are only to an adopted daughter named Helen, and so we are not sure if this is the same, or two different daughters. We are also unsure if this was Tim Mahoney's first or second marriage. My question is this - where is Patrick in 1860 and 1870 census? When did the Kinney line come to Fond du Lac. Also, Tim Mahoney moved to Philadelphia PA, to be near his daughter Helen Mahoney Kilner. Since I am pursuing the Mahoney line, and I know the area that they resided in, and am curious about their origins. Anything I can look up for you in the Fond du Lac library? tracy reinhardt
