I have a marriage of Frid. Goebel, age 27 and Agnes Deville, age 20, on 5 May 1868 in Dotyville WI. I always thought it was too much of a coincidence to find this Deville in the same neighborhood as my Reinhardts (whom I have written to you before, because of the Reinhardt-Lumblot marriage). I also found the marriage of Elizabeth Romens to Andrew Deville on 24 April 1855, in Dungannon, Columbiana Co. Ohio. The Romens family and many others, had come to Dungannon from Alsace and Belgium, and from Dungannon they continued on to the Ashford area of Fond du Lac county.
