ALLEN Warranty Deed. This Indenture Made this twenty first day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five Between Warren FLORIDA and Henrietta his wife the town of Waupun of the county of Fond du lac and State of Wisconsin of the first part and John A. ALLEN of the town of Springvale of the County and State aforesaid of the second part. WITNESSETH That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and thirty five Dollars in hand paid by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted and conveyed and by these presents do grant and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever the following described price or parcel of Land situate in the County of Fond du lac, and State of Wisconsin described as follows to wit. The West half of the North West quarter of the of Section thirty five of Town fifteen North of Range fifteen East and containing twenty acres of Land more or less according to Government Survey To have and to hold the Same Together with all and Singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging and all the estate Right Title Interest and claim whatsoever of the said parties of the first part either in Laws or Equity in and to the above described premises to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever And the said parties of the first part for their heirs executors and administrators do Covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that they are well seized in fee of the aforesaid premises have good right to sell and convey the same that the same are free of all incumbrances whatever and that the aforesaid premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against all and every person lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof will forever Warrant and Defend In Testimony Whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of ?
