Hello Sam, I am also searching the Schneiders of this area. Mine was Herman Schneider born 1820. He came from Saxony Germany to Fon du Lac Co. in 1855 with Heinrich Schneider. ( I assume his brother). I have never been able to find a death date or place for Herman or his wife Anna (Wilhelmina). In 1880 census Herman and Anna were in Chilton Calumet Co.
