What I am really trying to find out is if she is the mother of my grandfather, Edward. I have Edward's baptismal certificate, his mother is listed as Rose Mies and his father is listed as George Willis. He was baptized in Mt. Calvary, WI. He was baptized as Herbert Edward Willis, but was known as Edward. Not much else is known about Edward's past, my mother (Edward's daughter), says that all they really know is that he was raised by some nuns and a good family friend, Hildegarde Moquin. I would appreciate any comments you have on this.
