It's a busy day in the Sampson household, so here's a short-but-sweet article from the Eau Claire Daily Telegram, 26 March 1942: Miss Freda Binzer, Red Cross nurse and former Eau claire school nurse, left Wednesday for Denver, Colo., where she will enter Fitzsimmons hospital as an army nurse. Miss Binzer, whose parents live in Black River Falls, is a graduate of the Luther hospital and served here as school nurse for eight years. She spent four years on the staff of the State Sanitorium near Milwaukee following her public health work in this city. She has been in Eau Claire during the past six months having come back from California where she spent a year. +++++++++++++++++ Gotta run! But you all have a great day!
