Hi All, I assume that everyone is familiar with the pre-1907 WI birth, death and marriage indexes. Does anyone know how complete they are? If I do not see a death record for a relative in the index, who should be in there, am I wasting my time sending a request with a check for a records search to the appropriate county? I know that there are a number of typos in the indexes, some of my relatives names were mispelled. I'm stuck on this line and a death certificate or(highly unlikely) a birth certificate might help. Otherwise, further research will have to wait pending some future visit to cemeteries and libraries(to look up obits) in the Eau Claire area. Suggestions or info, anyone? Reid Olson
