Of the new tires and tubes, 2 tires and 3 tubes were obsolete types; 3 tires and 5 tubes were for passenger cars or light trucks, and 17 tires and 17 tubes were for heavy trucks. Also, can you imagine what would happen in this day and age if we had to apply for things like this. If our name and address were in the paper, we would probably have to be in our vehicle defending ourselves against those who would be trying to rip off our new tires! Scary thought!
