Seeking information on ancestors or other descendents of my greatgrandfather John Findlay McGrath, b. IRE 1826, married Mary Ann Byrnes in Fond du Lac in 1851, came to Eau Claire with family in 1858, d. Eau Claire 1908. Besides my grandmother Jessie McGrath Gilbertson, offspring included Hugh Jocelyn McGrath, who died of war wounds in the Philippines in 1899, and (according to J. F. McGrath's obit) a son Emmet.
